How long does it take for an order to process?

All products are made to order. Please expect a processing and production time of 3 - 5 business days. Most orders are ready within 3 business days.

Customs, Import, and Duties

For the EU we are IOSS compliant.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping duration may range from 3 - 15 days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided so that you may monitor the delivery progress of your order.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We understand that hearts can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs. Please note that we begin preparing for production 1 business day after we receive an order. If you need to cancel an order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Can I return an item?

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us. The following conditions must be met:

  • The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The original tags must not be snipped or removed. If the tags have been removed or damaged, we cannot accept the merchandise for return.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise.
